Rose Puerh Tuocha
Pu Erh which also written as puer or puerh, is a especially post-fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China, and named after Pu erh city. It is post-fermented tea, so it can be a long storage and get better taste.
This tea is shu puer tea mixed with rose flowers using the traditional puer Tuocha production process.
Brewing Instruction:
Porcelain Gaiwan or Yixing clay teapot is suggested for brewing.
200ml water with a temperature above 95℃
8 steeps: rinse, 15s, 20s, 25s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 80s
It can also be brewed for iced tea. When get tea soup stay for 1 minute the added ice directly.
